Change of mind:

We allow a 2-hour cooling off period from the time of purchase for you to make contact and cancel your order. After the 2-hour period your order has likely made it through to processing and therefore your custom work has begun, and we will not be able to refund.

Once you have made payment, production of your nails commences right after the 2-hour cooling off period. Please be sure to confirm your size/colour/shape selection prior to submitting your order. The only way a refund will be issued is if an order cannot be completed.

Press On nails are 100% handmade with high quality materials and are custom made products. Due to sanitary reasons and the custom handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please email if there is a problem with your order at info@supremenails.com.au The only time a refund will be issued is if your order can not be completed due to illness, personal reasons etc.

If you listed “CUSTOM SIZED NUMBERS or CUSTOM COLOURS” upon placing your order and the process of preparing your order after the 2 hours cancellation policy has taken place, there will be absolutely no refund. The custom nail sizes are accustomed to you and only you. We will not be able to resell them and therefore no refund can be issued.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and report immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email if there is a problem with your order at info@supremenails.com.au

Handmade products by nature have imperfections such as air bubbles or imperfect lines. Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies. Based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next. This is what makes handcrafted work unique. There are no two items in our shop that are exactly the same. Colour Accuracy: Due to different screens and monitors, colour hues & brightness/darkness levels can differ. Colours can also seem different based on display.
