Shipping
Processing Time:
Please refer to the websites FAQ and Home Page as timeframes for orders will change depending on the number of orders presenting at any given time. Orders will be processed on a first in first served basis and are made to order. If you require an express order, please contact to pay an additional fee to fast track the process if available. All items are handmade and not sent out until they are made to the standard advertised. Generally, once an order is received it will be arranged, processed, and organised. During busy times orders can take from 2-4 weeks to be shipped, although the aim is to ship as fast as possible. (This excludes “Ready to Ship” items) THIS IS AN ESTIMATE. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but may take longer. Each set is hand crafted and takes time to make.
By ordering, you are confirming that you agree to this turnaround time.
Addresses Change:
Orders will only be shipped to the address used in checkout. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct before making their payment. Items sent back will require the buyer to be sent a new invoice to repay for items to be shipped again.
Local Pickup:
Payment must be made prior to commencement of any nail set. Please contact if you would like to arrange a time to meet up to pay for your custom set to proceed.
Returned Package:
If a package is returned to the sender (due to improper address entry, changed address, etc.) we will reach out via email to get in touch in regard to the package for us to send the package again. We will make a link on the website for you to purchase the shipping amount. This link will be emailed. Once purchased, new tracking will be sent. Always make sure to include the entire address, including apartment numbers, and in the correct fields to ensure the package arrives properly and in a timely matter.
Tracking Information:
A tracking number will be provided with all purchases. Please contact Australia post at the following link to lodge an inquiry if you believe that there has been no movement with your item for quite some time. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search After we mail your order we cannot be held responsible for delays; this is an issue for Australia Post. All items purchased will be shipped from remote Northern Territory, Australia.
Delivery issues:
Packages ship with a tracking number. If your order says delivered and you haven’t received it, you may file a claim with Australia Post to help locate your order. Please keep in mind that Supreme Nails is operating a small business. Supreme Nails cannot refund or replace an order due to delivery issues when the mistake lies with the Australia Post. Supreme Nails can assist with any additional information that Australia Post requires for their investigations.
